Returns
• Orders received, as part of our Free Shipping promotion and requested for return, will be void
from the free shipping promotion.
Original outbound shipping charges, excluding defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items
from BookMarksStore.com, will be deducted from the final credit amount or billed separately.
• Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from final credit amount for all orders
returned where items ordered where ordered in error.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping, unless order is received defective, damaged or
order is mis-shipped by BookMarksStore.com
Refund: BookMarksStore does not offer refunds, however, we do have a 100% customer satisfaction
guarantee. If there is a defect or an error on our behalf, we will provide an order reprint or if
appropriate and at our discretion a partial cash adjustment. If there is an error due to a customer
provided artwork, we will provide a reprint at a 25% discount.
• Sales Tax
We are required to collect state sales tax in the following states as we have operating facilities
in these states. Purchases shipping to the following states will be charged sales tax as per
applicable state laws:
